Dr Junade Mirza M.D BDS
Practice Principal & Dentist
Dr Junade Mirza M.D BDS (Lond) Junade is the Co-Principal Dentist and owner of Kimberley Dental in Nottingham. He holds dual qualifications, having earned his Medical degree in 2012 before working as an Oral & Maxillofacial surgeon in Oxford, where he gained extensive experience in oral surgery.
He later completed his Dental degree at King’s College London. Passionate about various aspects of dentistry, Junade pursued further postgraduate training, completing a year-long dental implant course at the Cambridge Academy of Dental Implantology.
This advanced training deepened his expertise in implantology, allowing him to provide a wide range of clinical treatments, from implant restorations to full-mouth rehabilitation. In 2022, Junade was honoured to be recognized as a key opinion leader for ClearCorrect, a global leader in professional Clear Aligners for removable orthodontics.
Dr Shamila Mirza
Dr. Shamila Mirza is a dedicated and highly skilled dentist with a passion for providing exceptional care to her patients. She completed her dental degree with honours at King’s College London in 2013 and also holds a degree in Biochemistry, allowing her to bring a strong scientific understanding to her practice.
As the practice principal, Dr. Mirza is known for her expertise in managing anxious patients and creating a calm, comfortable environment for both adults and children. She is particularly skilled in treating young patients and those with dental phobias, employing a gentle approach to ensure a positive experience.
Dr. Mirza has completed training in Invisalign, further enhancing her ability to offer tailored and modern treatment options. Her interests also extend to the relationship between oral health and diet, where she advocates for the vital role nutrition plays in maintaining healthy teeth and gums.
With a compassionate approach and a commitment to continuous professional development, Dr. Mirza is dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care to all her patients.
Dr Nidah Asghar BDS
Dr. Nidah Asghar graduated from the University of Sheffield with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and was proud to be awarded the prestigious Sheffield General Dental Practitioners Prize for her clinical excellence and commitment to patient care.
Nidah has a special interest in prosthodontics and is passionate about helping patients restore their smiles and confidence. She is particularly skilled at working with anxious patients, taking a gentle and understanding approach to ensure they feel comfortable and cared for at every step of their dental journey.
Outside of dentistry, Nidah enjoys trying new cuisines and catching up with friends, bringing the same warmth and enthusiasm to her personal life as she does to her professional one.
Dr Vivian Chen BDS
Originally from California, USA, Vivian developed a passion for dentistry at a young age, inspired by watching her mother practice as a dentist. This early interest led her to pursue her dream abroad, earning her dental degree from Universidad Europea de Madrid, Spain, in 2021.
After qualifying, Vivian gained valuable experience working in a family dental practice in Madrid before relocating to Nottingham in 2023. She strives to provide quality dental care in a warm and welcoming environment, helping patients feel comfortable and at ease during their visits.
Vivian is multilingual and speaks English, Spanish, Japanese, and Chinese allowing her to connect with a diverse range of patients. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys watching films, traveling, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
